With over 20 years of experience in the Finance and HR field, Cristy Menendez brings a unique combination of financial, HR, and operational expertise to every client relationship. With a practical, hands-on approach, she helps business owners make sense of the numbers, strengthen their teams, improve their operations, and make the decisions that move their businesses forward.
Over the years, Cristy has worked closely with business owners through growth, change, and the everyday challenges of running a company. She understands that small and growing businesses often need experienced guidance across multiple areas but may not be ready to hire a full-time CFO, HR leader, or operations executive.
Her approach is straightforward: understand the business, identify what’s getting in the way, and help create practical solutions that actually work

Founded in 2015 by Cristy Menendez, Menendez Consulting LLC was born out of a passion for helping businesses of all sizes navigate the complex world of HR & Finance. Since then, we have grown into a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
